Bottle from the local supermarket enjoyed on my hotel balcony at Grand Anse. Pours black with a tan head. Malt, dark chocolate, roast, licorice and light coffee in the aroma. Flavour is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter. Above medium bodied with light carbonation.

Sample @ Benzai's Anti-Carnival Valentine's Day Tasting, Feb 26, brought by me, thanks Grumbo for this. Pours dark, black even, deep tan head. Pleasant roasted malt aroma, continuing to taste, nice and roasty with additional malt layers and chocolate elements emerging.. pretty good.

14/II/26 - sample, shared @ Benzai's Anti-Carnival Valentine's Day Tasting, BB: n/a (2026-193) Thanks to minutemat for sharing the beer!

Clear dark brown beer, small creamy beige head, unstable, non adhesive. Aroma: very rural, good roast, oxidized, grains, hay, cow fodder, caramel, ok. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: gentle roast, bitter, chocolate, malty, grains, hay, a bit sourish, bitter and dry. Aftertaste: more roast, hay, cow fodder, a bit oxidized, bitter, grains, ok but not great.

17/12/2025. Bottle from Foodland Market Square, St. George, Grenada. Enjoyed on Marella Discovery 2 during the sea day voyage en route to Barbados. Good pour. Aroma is chocolate, roasted malts, ashy, coffee, dried and tropical fruits. Moderate sweetness, nice roasted bitterness. Medium body, smooth, average carbonation. Fruity and roasted finish. More fruity than the other 2 island brewed versions tried today. Enjoyable.
