Can at home in the garden, during a brief sunny spell, 13th July 24. Pours a light hazy yellow. Aroma is pine and citrus. Taste is zesty, lime, citrus, fresh, light and airy. Not bad, but not up to the usual Beak standards

Can, at Sørlandet Matfestival. An unclear yellow beer with a dense white head. Lacing. Grapefruity, tropical fruity aroma with a flowery hint. Some pale malts. It's medium bodied and soft on the palate with a gentle carbonation. Gentle bitterness too. Some fruity sourness. Grapefruit, green grapes and a flowery, grassy touch in the flavor. Some peach. Very gentle maltiness. Medium length finish. Refreshing, but overall a bit too gentle. 240711

Can. A light haze on this slightly pale gold beer, decent pale cream colour head. Palate is light and a very mildly dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Light malts, getting thin, still providing a good creamy sweetness. Sabro singing here, both bright and ripe pineapple with a nice sweetish coconut cream. Light bright citrus underneath. Light crisp pine and a light but consistent hop spice. Light, Sabro and very drinkable. Well hello?

440ml can. Hazy golden, white head. Aroma of coconut, mango, papaya. Taste is sweet, coconut, mango, papaya, peaches, some ovverripe fruity sweetness, a touch of pine and dank herby notes with zesty citrus. Medium bodied. Very nice though not one of Beak's finest.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 11/04/24. Hazed orange with a good sized lasting frothy white cap. Nose is juicy tropical fruits, pine resin, light stoned fruits, ripe melon, papaya, guava, soft malts. Taste comprises lychee, mixed tropical fruits, faint coconut, mandarin, pine needle, hint of gooseberry, orange and lime zest. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close splashed with juicy come lightly resinous hop bitterness with a Sabro whisper evident. Tidy juice laden IPA if not from Beak's top drawer.
