Bottled. Hazy deep brown colour, small beige head. Aroma is yeast, some spices, mild fruits as well as some toasted notes. Flavour is spicy, some yeasty, caramelly and mild sweet toffeeish notes.

bottle. hazy brown. creamy beige head. aroma: fruity esters, Belgian yeast, marmelade, toast & toffee. medium body. taste: toasted malts, some roast, marmelade, dried fruit. light plus bitterness. very tasty one, allthough not saison-ish at all.

Bottled 330ml (UJH, BB 06/2018)
Dark brown colour, small steady beige head. Suprisingly aroma feels kind of old, nose cardboard from it. Also some caramel, soya sauce and chocolate. Full-bodied. Flavour has chocolate, caramel and soya sauce too. Alcohol kicks in the aftertaste. Not much Saison character, feels more like strong Belgian (dark) ale. Not my favourite from Õllenaut.

Bottled. A black beer with a brown shine under a lazing brown head. The aroma has notes of roasted malt, bread, and chocolate. The flavor is sweet with notes of roasted malt, prunes, chocolate, and bread, leading to a bitter finish.

33 cl bottle. Pours clear and golden deep amber to brown with a small tan head. Aroma is roasted malty. Sweet and roasted breadish malty. Dry and roasted finish.

Bottle shared at Skaal (Jens Stag party) - Pours black with a beige tan ringed head. Toasted sweet malty with some grassy and yeasty notes coming through, some straw, light charred grassy, toasted malty close.

Bottle 330ml. [ As Õllenaut Tume Pool ].Clear medium to dark red brown color with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, light beige head. Aroma is moderate to heavy malty, roasted, wheat, light chocolate, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, dusty tobacco - wood. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet and moderate bitter with a long duration, sweet malt, dark malt, saison yeast, roasted - chocolate. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle @Ulfborg Scooper. Unclear, dark brown with light beige head. Malty, dusty aroma, slightly woody, some fruity notes. Sweet, malty, caramely flavour with a little spicy yeast.
