PINTA/ TANKER All Ryed! Serious lager! During brewing we used 200 loaves of rye bread from local bakery and loads of rye malt. To keep the rye flavour up front we only hopped after the end of boiling and duing lagering in tanks. All Ryed! – what the Poles and Estonians like the most!

Genialny Roggen. Chleb razowy, w smaku jeszcze o dziwo pestki dyni, ziarno slonecznika, oj sporo tego, zywicznosc, Barwa miedziana wpadajaca w odcien czerwieni. Z Estonia wyszlo super zbozowo zytnio. I bardzo dobrze

Bottle, 5.8%. Good caramelly and piney hop aroma. Cloudy amber colour. Big stable creamy white head. The flavour is slightly spicy with a good teaish hop note and a distinct bitterness. Quite clean bitterness. Good mouthfeel.

Bottle @ White Terror or Northern Alliance against the Bolsheviks, Sønderborg. Pours hazy full amber with airy off-white head. Clear aroma of rye, with notes of yeast, malt and hops. Bitter, hoppy flavour with notes of citrus and grainy and malty notes and touches of yeast. Bitter afteraste. Enjoyable and very good for the style.
