Lätt och syrligt som när lambic möter veteöl som möter ljus belgisk ale. Trevligt en fin sommardag.

66 cl bottle, Batch 343, no BBE info
Really sour aroma with some salt and earthy notes, very typical to JP. Salty and citrus-like sour flavour with earthy notes and hints of spices. Very dry and sour finish. A bit too much CO2 on palate. One of the best witbiers I’ve had, but not very loyal to its style.

I shared this with LiteWait....Batch # 547 and bottle date of 5- 18-2010. Pored a hazy yellow with some floating sediment. A delightful aroma of citrus, coriander and light wheat. Lively carbonation and it dances nicely across your tongue. Orange peel and coriander are in the fore front. In mid-sip I get a light sweet tart. Very nice balance of citrus and tartness. On the finish you can pick up the Oak / wood barrel that makes it taste slightly like apple. Complex for a Wit. I wish we had more than 1 bottle. I would buy again.
