A small bottle from Mia C’Bon near NCCU. Aroma: sweet ‘n’ sour, mostly sour. Appearance: semi-opaque amber, one finger off-white cream. Palate: full-bodied and sticky, carbonation is fizzy; full mouthfeel, finishes long. Taste: lightly sweet and nicely balanced, alcohol is discreet, plenty of almond. Good stuff, would like to try it draught.

Tap at brewpub. Yellow colour and small white head and lace. Light spicy nose. Light-bodied. Light spicies, bubblegum, alcohol in the flavour. Very easy tripel.

At the brewery, March, 2024. This was better than the pilsner.Lightly sweet, some hops. palate is a little light for the style.

Slightly hazy golden colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with pear, yeasts, pale malts, fruits, and herbal hoppy notes. The taste is sweet. Medium body. Drying fruity finish. Nice.

Goudgeel bier met schuim. Smaak is bitterzoet en vol van smaak met iets van honing, wat bubblegum en banaan. Gewoon een heel goed bier!

(Keg at Bierfabriek Amsterdam, 20230417) The beer poured golden and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had honey, fruitiness and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were fruitiness, Belgian style yeast, spiciness, honey, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was fruity, yeasty and bitter. Nice.

Draught, 8.5% at de Bierfabriek. Hazy light golden colour. Small white head. The flavour is clean but nicely malty. Has a good note of spicy hops. Clean and malty finish. Perhaps too malty for the style, but that suits me.
