Bottle 0,33 ltr: Slightly hazy orange coloured brew with an sweet bitter taste with hints of refreshing lemon, subtle ginger and some caramel orange.

Keg at 'If It Ain't Dutch', Enid Street, 27/11/24. Clear golden to light amber topped with an off white cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is yeast esters, herb, grains, straw, biscuit crumbs, caramel. Taste comprises ginger snap biscuit, lemon rind, herb, caramel, mellow yeast load, stewed fruits. Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a kiss of alcohol. Not bad for the style ... the lemon grass and ginger tempers any overwhelming sweetness.

Tap at It Ain't Much If It Ain't Dutch Taproom 27/11/2024 Sweet malty with a herbal and floral hoppy fruity edge, notes of ginger, lemongrass, lemony citrus notes, yeasty note, medium body, herbal hoppy fruity close.

Keg at If It Ain't Dutch. Pretty much a clear gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Palate is light and semi dry, good fine minerally carbonation. Sweet malts. Mild esters. Lots of Tripel spice. The ginger and lemongrass are not too dominant but do elevate the standard Tripel flavour. Decent.

Clear golden beer with a white lacing. Aroma of lemongrass, citrus, strong pale malt. Taste of strong pale malt, citrus, lemongrass.

Spritziger, kräutrig hefiger Beginn. Eine leichte Süße wirkt unterstützend, schwerer werdend, angesichts der 9% aber immernoch leicht wirkend. Langer, frisch kräutriger Abgang. 9/10/11/11/7/11

Clear, golden color and a White head. Nose is fruity, Lemongrass and Ginger present, some floral Aroma. Taste Is is malty, yeasty, sweetish, followed by Lemon fruityness, spicy Ginger, dryish Finish.

Aus der Flasche (bottled 15.04.2024/bbe 15.04.2025) im 2024-07 getrunken. Dieses Ale im Triple Stil erinnert an ein Mix aus Bitter Orange und Ginger Ale von Schweppes. In der Nase ist der Ingwer deutlich und am Gaumen gesellen sich Grapefruit-haut und Orangen Aromen dazu. Im Abgang zeigt sich dann auch die deutlich frische Hopfenbitterkeit. Wieder ein spannendes Special von DeMolen.
