Although our quest to create a perfect hazy IPA is relentless, Glasswing represents everything we love of the style – vibrantly orange, densely hazy, a pillowy soft body, and soaked in tropical hops. Featuring a mix of citra, mosaic and strata hops, Glasswing merges the spectrum of citrus with sweet berries.

A collector may be tempted to store something this special under glass, but we venture it will be hard to keep in one.

A: hazy yellow, stable, frothy, white head.
A: lime, orange zest, mandarin peel, old grape.
T: sweetish white grape & mandarin, sourish lime berry skin.
F: floral hops, bitter grape, citrus zest, bit spicy.
P: medium body, slick texture, average carbonation.
Decent, yet somewhat inadequate as a Hazy.

Cloudy pale blond beer, small creamy off-white head, unstable, small creamy off-white head, unstable, falls down quickly, non adhesive. Aroma: lots of citrus notes, a bit dirty, sulphur, a hint of tropical fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: a bit sourish, fruity, spicy, a little bitter, watery, some pineapple. Aftertaste: soft bitterness, zesty, some citrus, grapefruit, kiwi, ok beer.

Pint can de et partagée avec Tderoeck et Nathanvc+1@ Tim's BBQ extravaganza, merci! Canned June 10th, 2024, BB?
Dorée, léger pâle, col crémeux blanc tenace.
Arôme sur un bouquet agrumes, petite pointe de soufre, petite pointe de zeste d'orange. Rétro-nasal léger sur les malts avec ce bouquet de haze qui ne convainc pas vraiment.
Palais est léger sur les malts entre pâle et pils, effet de haze assez marqué - le tout résulte sur un effet poudre d'oignon marquée plus un houblonné sur les agrumes - amertume reste également bien présente. Esprit d'une hazy un peu en retrait et décevant.

16oz can. Classical, well done hazy. Strata keeps it interesting. Easy on the palate, pretty drinkable. Good.
