Bottleshare at Leighton’s Gaff. Thanks to the man himself! Light haze on this gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, fairly dry and with modest fine carbonation. Light and sweetish malts. Mild spice. Trace of herb. Modest fruits. Light dry finish. Clean but it’s dry and it’s standard stuff.

Bottle shared in London - sourced from Beergium. Pours mostly clear, effervescent, with a frothy, white head. The nose has pleasant saison yeast, sponge cake, a little lemon. Light sweet flavour with some crispy wheat, lemon peel, subtle pithy grapefruit, some grass, pale husks. Light to medium bodied with massaging carbonation. Nice balance balance in the finish, more lemony notes, crispy wheat, hay, slight apple, understated saison yeast expression. Tasty beer.

A golden beer, a head is medium and white. Aroma has sweet fruits, strawberries, some grain. Taste has strawberries, some fruitness, sourness and earthyness. Medium bodied, low carbonation. So strong strawberries I haven’t found before, confusing. Not very saison like beer but good and tastefull.

Tasting at Matt’s
Cloudy dark blond color, small head. The aroma is very doughy, the mouthfeel light and dry, it has a quite evident honey flavor, a bit herbal, and lightly spicy.
Herbs soup, not interesting beer; I wouldn’t buy this bottle.

Bottle - Sweet fruits, pineapple, bubblegum and light spice. Cloudy gold with a decent white head. Sweet, yeasty, light bubblegum and a weird finish.
