GUSHER ALERT!
Clear to little cloudy orange beer, big creamy white head, unstable, falls down quickly, a bit adhesive. Aroma: lots of rhubarb, nice acidic impression, clean, lots of raspberries, oxalic acid? MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice clean acidity, fruity touch, very dry, oxalic acid, more raspberries. Aftertaste: pretty bitter, lots of raspberry, rhubarb, dry, a bit vegatal, more raspberry, metallic touch, clean acidic finish, nice refreshing stuff!

Cloudy, Pale Pinky color and a white head. Fruity nose, Lots of raspberries, faint Lemon zest. Sour. Lite Body, Raspberry and rhubard fruityness, decent acidic. Draft @ Ermitage St Gilles.
Pâle rosâtre trouble, col fin blanc rosé.
Arôme est frais - finement 'sour' avec une belle mise en avant de la rhubarbe et un délicat fruité de la framboise. Je retrouve de snotes terreuses avec une petite touche de céréales.
Palais est subtile en acidité et fraicheur. Le tout reprend ce caractère unique de la rhubarbe - végétal acidulé et le côté fruité acidulé et terreux de la framboise. Le tout est épais en bouche avec ce côté presque de Berliner (ce qui était à la base la série 'Holy').
Rhubarbe revient sur la fin.
