12 oz. can from H.E.B. Plus, Boerne, TX. Pours a crystal clear gold color with a soft white head and good retention. A few spots of lacing. Bready malt aroma. Tastes like a blend of a festbier and a pilsner. Pale malt up front with a sharp, crisp, and lightly bitter finish. Very smooth, clean, and refreshing. Medium body. Medium-high carbonation. Light bitterness. Good beer.

12 oz can. The pour is crystal clear golden with a one inch well formed white head. The aroma is honey straw malt and grass, perhaps a faint herbal. The taste is the straw malt, a bit of the honey sweetness finishing with a straw herbal finish. The palate is medium bodied with soft natural carbonation and the dry herbal finish.

12oz can. Poured a very clear yellow color with a medium sized white head. Some light grain, floral hops, and light herbal character. Slight grassiness with a little crispness on the finish. 12oz can. Not as outright hoppy and bitter as last year's version. A little bit sweet. Somewhere between Festbier and Marzen but I suppose more Festbierish with the golden-orange body. Deep and bready. Good.
