Tap at Bihotz by the river in Bilbao. Deep hazy amber with a small head, also deep hoppy at first. The Belgian styling does come into its own eventually, with more chewy and sweeter bubble-gum flavours taking over and lingering.

Medium brown pour with a fizzy head that disappears with reckless abandon. Some berries, brown sugar, yeast in the aroma. More of the same in the flavor. Thin body. Finish has sweet red berry and dark sugar. It’s pretty average for a Belgian brew not made by folks that are skilled in the art of Belgian brewing- meaning it’s fine but also kinda meh.
