500ml bottle. Very pale, hazy body with a dense white head. Spicy citrus aroma. Flavor is spicy, Lemmon bitter and acid. Somewhere between a wit and lemon soda with beer. Well, don’t really know – quite refreshing but not very complex.

Bottled. Almost clear, orange beer with a small, beige head. A bit spicy aroma with some grainy notes. Spices dominates the flavor as well, backed up by some yeast and sour notes. Medium body and a spicy finish. A bit too much on the spicy side, it could use more complexity. (060908)

Bottle. Spicy aroma. Yellow colour, small white head. The flavour is also spicy with a slightly unpleasant bitterness. Sweet aftertaste. Like pils with added aniseed or something.

A hazy dark yellow beer with a thin white head. The aroma is sweet malty with notes of ginger and woodruff. The flavor is also sweet malty with strong notes of ginger combined with a dry hoppy end. For me ginger has nothing to do with easter - except the color of preserved ginger.

Cloudy pale blond color. Strong herbs aroma (myrth?). Light flavor (probably not bad) but with this disturbing herbs note.

(Bottle 50 cl) Pours a hazy, very pale golden - mostly resembles a Belgian Wit - with a small, white head. Very spicy nose - almost herbal. Very light-bodied, very dry with a bitter hoppy finish. Rather unusual but also interesting. 150306
