On tap at Kick. Golden-orange colour with a beige head. Aroma is mango, orange, yeast, fruit, hop. Flavour is sweet, mango, orange, yeast, hop, tropical fruit, spices. full body. Nice beer.

On tap at Cardinal Pub & Bar, Stavanger. Deep golden colour, large white head. Strong sweetish aroma of Belgian ale yeast, coriander, cloves, oranges and mango. Soft mouthfeel. The flavour is a tad too sweet, but has nice fruity and spicy notes throughout, with the same elements as in the aroma.

Fra fat på Lindheim-treffet, Cardinal mars-14: Flott gylden, lett uklar med nydelig skum som varer. Silkemyk og innsmigrende, farlig lettdrikkelig! Tropiske frukter (de har brukt 25 ferske mangoer og 40 appelsiner), belgisk gjær (krydder) og naturligvis citrus i både aroma og smak. I søteste laget for en saison, men hva gjør det? Denne er herlig! Brygget sammen med Ignacio "Nacho" Servantes fra Port Brewing. Saisongjær fra White Labs. 8,3%, 18 IBU.

Golden. Off-white head. Aroma and taste of Saison and wit beer. Coriander, pepper, bananas and tropical fruits. A bit sweet and undercarbonared for being a saison. Modest and balanced bitterness. Good drinkability.

On tap @ Kick. Clear, golden body with a nice, dense off-white head. Aroma has citric fruit, light malt, esters and rather spicy yeast. Flavor is fruity as well with sweet, mild malt, spices, pepper and some bitterness. Fine, balanced body and pleasant aftertaste with a hint of alcohol. Slightly unusually Saison, but nice indeed.

On tap at Kick. Nice lacings, a dense off-white head and a more or less clear golden body. Peaches, some banana and sugary hint in the aroma. Pine cones too. A bit sweet in the mouth, fruity and with a nice spiced touch, mango and oranges it seems. Black pepper hints. Nice bitterness towards the end. Full body, nice carbonation, really smooth. Lasting finish with a fine bitterness and a spiced touch. Although too sweet, it’s sure nice. 130213
