Based on a pale, lightly hopped wheat beer, the refreshingly crisp fruitiness, aroma and rich colour come from the addition of fresh raspberry puree during maturation. Balancing tartness with sweetness, on its own it is a delicious aperitif, as well being as a great partner for goat’s cheese, rich pate or anything chocolatey.

Cloudy dark orange color with an off white head. Fruity, wheat, banana and raspberry in the nose. Decent body and a fine carbonation. Not to sweet. Also a bit acidic. The banana and raspberry crashed a little bit. Otherwise a fresh and ok ale. Also some wheat and yeast in the flavor.

Bottle at home. Has a cloudy, matt dark orange colour with a small off-white head. Fruity aroma of citrus, Belgian yeast, hops and some raspberries. The flavour is slightly sour with tones of berries, citrus and some wheat. Has a slick mouth feel, and a light bitterness. A fresh ale but feels a bit unbalanced in the end.

330 ml bottle. Hazy reddish amber body with a medium sized off white head. Aroma is distinct but not overwhelming raspberry and some fruity/berry acidity. Flavor is …… like a weizbier with raspberry. I really did not expect much in advance from this one, but the positive thing here is that the raspberry feels real and have some kind of acidic balance. At least it’s not sticky sweet with artificial fruit juice. Served ice cold it’s actually rather refreshing. Not great, but not bad either.

Bottle. It pours a sort of reddish white head over a clear, reddish amber body. Quite weak aroma with raspberry seeds, some caramel maltyness and a generic fruityness. Equally boring flavor, some raspberry and raspberry seeds, with a touch of maltyness and a little generic berry sourness. Medium body, quite dry. Short, fruity finish. Pretty boring this one. Nice creamy mediumlasting head. Aroma is slightly dry grainy, hay, weeds, grain, grass, hints of sour red berries. Taste is dry grainy, hay, grain, weeds, grass, light malts, hints og dry sour raspberries. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh mouthfeel, high carbonation. Meh!

Brunorange uklar med hvitt skum som forsvinner fort. Hvete, malt, frukt og rabarbralukt. Sur syrlig smak, kanskje rabarbra fra aromaen, frukteddik. Tørr avslutning.
