Inspired by flavors and ingredients found in tiramisu, including ladyfingers, 9 Ladies Dancing mimics the Italian dessert by whipping together flavor combinations and layers of its own. This includes notes of vanilla, chocolate and coffee - clearly the leading ladies in this rich ale.

This beer is a dark brown-amber color with a medium light beige head that diminishes steadily to an outer ring. Partial rings of lacing on the glass. The aroma consists of roasted coffee, vanilla and chocolate. Full-bodied with flavors of chocolate malt, espresso, vanilla and fruit. The finish is sweet with a vanilla mocha and Belgian fruity yeast aftertaste. Above average overall.
