On tap at Patricks. It's a n unclear amber coloured beer with a finger thick pinkish beige head. Nice curtains. The aroma is quite fruity and berryish, with a touch of peach. Toffee notes, raspberry candy and a light funky leather scent. It's medium bodied and smooth on the palate, dry and lightly tart, with a very soft and smooth carbonation. Raspberry, dark berries, hints of toffee and lemon juice, some leather and old cellar, and some dried fruits in the flavor. Lasting light tart finish with dark berries, toffee and lemon and raspberry sourness. A smooth, tasteful and easy drinkable beer indeed. 180218

Tap @ Kombinat. Almost clear orange reddish body with a small white head. Slightly odd, but refreshing aroma, mild funk with red berries and a floral/herb touch. Flavor is more ordinary than expected from aroma, sweet and sour, quite refreshing, almost like a drink. Feels a bit undefined on the berries side, white currant and I steel feels like tasting rhubarb somehow. Mild acidity, light funk and some yogurt in the aftertaste. Fine balanced body and nice aftertaste. Not the most exiting wild beer from this brewery, but still a funny and playful one that I managed to enjoy.

Kombinat 050118. Red golden color with an off-white head. Aroma is sourness, cherries. Flavor is sourness, herbs, lemon, red berries, oak, cherries. Nice easy drinkable beer.

Rød klar med lavt offwhite skum. Lukter røde bær, rips, bringebær og noe paprika. Lett. Smaker bær, rips, kirsebær, noe trevirke og vanilje. Tørr. Kort.

Small fizzy shortlasting head, nice reddish color. Aroma is dry sour-ish fruity, weeds, old dusty cellar, bark, paper, grass, fruit stones, oak, dried cherries, hints of raw cabbage and alcohol. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sorrel, cherry stones, old dusty cellar, weeds, paper, oak, sour cherries, grass, hay, metal tank, alcohol. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish and dusty mouthfeel. Boring.

Fra fat på ØST før vi skal på maritim juleølsmaking: lett uklar rødlig rav med svært kort skum. Deilig aroma og smak av ville kirsebær, men maltkroppen bærer det ikke helt. Men en god og forfriskende drikk er det, om enn med noe snerpende bitterhet i ettersmaken.
