On tap at Duggfrisk. It’s an unclear orange colored beer with a small, dense, light beige head. Very tropical fruity aroma, with grapefruit, orange and some peach notes. Not much maltyness detected. It’s full-bodied, semi-dry and nicely carbonated, with a pleasant bitterness. Lots of tropical fruit in the flavor too, citrus fruits dominating, some pine cones as well, with a light maltyness in the back. Lasting hoppy finish. Really love the aroma in this one, and with a little bit more bitterness I’d love the flavor equally much. But I guess most people would find it bitter enough, so it’s completely understandable it is like it is. Pity this seems to have been a one-off. 160819

Duggfrisk 2016. Golden-orange colour with an off-white head. Aroma is hop, malt, oranges, fruit, grapefruit, pine. Flavor is citrus, tropical fruits , hop, malt, oranges, grapefruit, pine, caramel, fruit. Easy drinkable and a very nice beer.

Fra fat på Henrik Øl og Vinstove, sammen med Børge: kobbergylden (tror jeg, seent på kvelden og i dunkel belysning) med ok skum. Sanseapparatet utsettes for et solid humleangrep av tropiske frukter, granskudd og grapefrukt, med god ryggdekning av malt. God fylde og lekker ettersmak. Kvelden blir bedre og bedre.

Pours hazy deep golden with a small off-white head. Aroma has notes of malt, citrus, grapefruit, orange, minerals, pine and hints of caramel and peach. Taste is medium sweet and medium bitter with a long slightly dry, bitter, orange, piney, grapefruit and peachy finish. Body is medium, texture is thin to oily, carbonation is soft.

At Bergen Ölfestival 2016. Hazy yellow with a white head. Aroma and taste of pineapple, mango, some citrus and light hay. Also notes of caramel. Medium body and bitterness.

On tap @ Bergen Ølfestival 2016. Pours cloudy yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is tropical hoppy notes of peaches and apricots, as well as some citrusy notes. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is bitter hops with pine and citrusy notes of tangerine, orange peel, and some tropical notes of peach, as well as light roasted malts with biscuits.

Nice creamy mediumlasting head,hazy. Aroma is fresh grassy, leafs, dried fruits, wet grass, wet hops, light malts, moss, pine needles, minerals, citrus. Taste is slightly dry grassy, leafs, lawn, minerals, moss, hops, weeds, light malts, bark, citrus, tropical fruits. Medium to longlasting bitterness, dry grassy mouthfeel. Nice.

Tåkete gulbrun med fingerhøyt beige skum. Lukter sitrusskall, fudge og syrlige epler. Mye bitterhet, lett syrlig, lite sødme. Middels lang syrligbitter avslutning.

On tap at Duggfrisk Festival 2016. Hazy orange body with a medium sized off-white head. Aroma is a little explosion of a wide range of hop varieties, mostly citric and tropical flavors. Flavor is medium sweet malt, some caramel and lots of fruitiness as found in aroma, not really that bitter but bitter enough for the balance. Medium body and long lasting fruity hop aftertaste. A smooth and nice, very refreshing beer that might fool you for being an IPA, but probably Norways first commercial NEIPA
