Fiskåbanen 230719. Deep golden color with an off-white head. Aroma is hop, grass, fruit. Flavor is hop, grass, fruit, malt, apple. Ordinary beer.

Can from Gulating. Almost clear golden body with a fine white head. Aroma is pale malt, slightly herbal, hint of grass and traces of slightly sour funk. Flavor is basically like a smooth and fresh pilsner with fine grassy bitterness and some fruit, but it has also a sign of infection. Probably at a very early stage it the funk actually make it more interesting but quite sure this is unmentioned. Medium body, average aftertaste. Basically a decent pilsner on it’s way to infected sourness.

Can. It pours a clear golden colored body under a finger-thick white head. The aroma has diacetyl, generic fruityness and apples in particular, some grass and after a while a touch of yellow plums. It's medium bodied, with a light carbonation and a very light bitterness. There's some diacetyl in the mouth too, with a light grassy touch and fruityness. Short finish. Pity with the diacetyl, else it's a decent brew with refreshing qualities. Personally I'd prefer some more hops though, especially for bitterness. 190718

Can shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 01.08.19. Translucent straw colour. White head. Fruity aroma and taste of Belgian yeast, citrus, grass and meadows.

0,33 boks fra Det gode brygg på Kvadrat, delt med skibsrederen etter ventil- og rustfjerning på Fridtjofen: lett uklar gylden med fint skum som varer. Fruktig aroma og smak med fin humleprofil - søt citrus sammen med noen florale toner og hint av urter. Behagelig bitterhed i afslutningen. Minner mer om en holden ale/blond enn pilsner.
