On tap @ Patricks. Unclear yellow body with a small, fast disappearing yellow head, looks like orange juice. Aroma is oranges and grapefruit. The taste is… well it actually tastes a lot like a moderate alcoholic vodka and juice – not really that bad but that’s the first that struck me. To be a bit more kind I would say oranges, orange juice, some grapefruit and zesty bitterness. Medium body and a bit sharp and alcoholic aftertaste. It’s extremely one-dimensional but quite refreshing as well of course with bitter oranges flavor. Drinkable but I honesty wish I had gone for a sample and not a whole glass, still the sample would probably just feels like something refreshing as the alcohol sting appears about half way down the glass.

Nedre Foss Gård 070619. Golden-orange color with a white head. Aroma is orange, pine, malt. Flavor is oranges, fruit, malt, alcohol, citrus, pine, grapefruit. Easy drinkablem beer.

On tap at Patrick's. It's an OJ looking beer except for a few bubbles. Pine cones, grapefruit and orange in the aroma. Well hidden malts. It's full bodied, softly carbonated and smooth on the palate, with a touch of hop burn and alcohol warmth. Citrus zest and pine cones in the flavor too, with some bitterness. Lasting citrusy, piney finish. Nice indeed, but I prefer a real San Diego IPA or DIPA. 190807

Tiny fizzy-creamy shortlasting head, very hazy yellow-ish color. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish grassy, moss, leafs, dusty hops, fruit stones, citrus peel, pine needles, bark, flowers, light malts, lawn. Taste is slightly dry and harsh grassy, fruit stones, harsh hops, pine needles, bark, moss, leafs, harsh citrus peel, flowers, hop pellets, alcohol. Longlasting harsh bitterness, dry grassy mouthfeel with a medium hop burn. Not my cup of coffee.

Fra fat på Cirkus 2.påskedag (årets vakreste og varmeste dag så langt!): svært uklar korngylden med kort skum. Supersaftig med diverse appelsinsorter som blodappelsiner (naturlig nok), vaniljeappelsiner og curacaoappelsiner, overmoden ananas, mango, lychee og et lite streif av en stram urt (persille?), alt i fint driv mot en bitterhet som sørger for at den ikke vil dukke opp på frokostbordet.
