Hmmmm…..a very pale golden pour with a huge head. Also a lot of bubbles in the glass. Pleasant aroma. Fine intensity. It is a bit to high carbonation level in this one, but not as much as feared. Still drinkable. Wheat, citric, grassy and some yeast in the flavor. Well I do not think this mix did work out to well. Still absolutely drinkable. Maybe it is because I do not fancy that grassy (hay or something) feeling.

Bottle, sourced by Inbreak. A clear-ish pale golden colored beer with a finger-thick off-white head. Some lacing. The aroma is quite perfumed and spiced, with orange zest and some pine cones. White bread and pale malts. A touch of yeast as well. It's a bit heavy on the carbonation, dry and medium bodied, with a good bitterness. Citrus zest, pine cones, resin notes, lightly spiced, with hints of peach and mango. White bread in the back. Long bitter and citrusy finish. A promising one, but it needs some dialing-in to be worth revisiting. 181107

Taste is slightly dry sour-ish floral, weeds, minerals, hay, old moss, yeast, harsh citrus peel, metal tank, bark, leafs, harsh hops, boiled vegetables. Medium to longlasting bitterness, harsh sour-ish floral mouthfeel, fizzy carbonation. Meh!
