Small bubbly shortlasting head, clear light reddish color. Aroma is slightly sweet concentrated sour-ish fruity, raspberry candy, raspberry syrup, minerals, alcohol, fruit stones, grass, hay, hints of apple juice. Taste is sweet sour-ish mineraly, raspberry candy, grass, raspberry syrup, minerals, alcohol, soda powder, hints of sour apples. Slightly sweet sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough.

KYGG 230521. Red color with no head. Aroma is raspberries, apple. flavor is raspberries, apple, alcohol, yeast, cellar notes. Nice cider.

Clear, pale red body, almost like a rose wine with practically no head. Aroma is distinct raspberries with hint of yeast. Taste has a fine balance between sweet fruit and acidic red berries. There are also a taste of fruit drops and sour raspberries. Apples are not very dominant in flavor. Medium body and basically the same aftertaste ending with a slightly rancid finish. Interesting cider where the raspberries is dominating without feeling artificial or too intense, fine balance between sweet and sour. Nice as an aperitif.

Bottle, 75cl. A clear dark red, borderline turning brown, cider with some short lived white bubbles on top. The aroma has a pleasant raspberry twist to the dominant matured sourish apples. Some cellar and grass hints too. A light yeasty, sulphury touch in the far back. It feels a bit sweet on the palate, with a very soft carbonation and a medium body fullness. Some warmth too. The flavor has a nice blend of raspberry and apple flavors, but due to the sweetness level, the raspberry feels a bit like candy. Cellar notes, alcohol, apple pie, apple cores and some yeasty hints too. Long sweet, lightly warming finish with apple and raspberry. Sure much better than my first and also second encounter with this cidery. 210522

Shared bottle at Mi2 at Cardinal 02.12.19. Clear pale red. Not much head. Aroma and taste of rapsberries, apple zest and apple bitterness. Quite sweet.

Vi er helt på slutten av programmet på denne RBHD-samlingen på Bryne, og stemningen er som alltid upåklagelig. 0,75 flaske. Lett uklar rødgylden med kort skum. Gjærede bringebær og noe aceton i aromaen. Heldigvis smaker den mye bedre, jeg får assosiasjoner til hjemmelaget eplemos, bringebær- og kirsebærsyltetøy. Vil den vinne seg om den dekanteres først?

750 ml clear screwcap bottle, from the cidery. Apple cider with raspberries added, no other additives (except sugar). Produced 2018. ABV is 10%. Clear rosé colour. Aroma of raspberries, hints of dust. Very moderate carbonation. The flavour has a nice sweetness of raspberries and ripe apples. Enjoyable.
