750 ml corked & caged clear bottle, batch #01/2019, from the cidery. ABV is 5.5%. Clear and very pale straw colour, pours moderately sparkling with a small and shortlived white head. Aroma of Norwegian apple varieties, a hint of sulphites. Medium dry and fresh flavour of apples, some tannins and sulphites.

Solsletta 291220. Yellow color with some white bubbles. Aroma is sourness, apple, grass, yeast. Flavor is sourness, apple, grass, yeast. OK cider.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A cloudy yellow colored cider with some white bubbles on top. The aroma is fresh and welcoming, with green apples that sure aren't overripe, grass, sulphur and a lemony touch. It's tart and medium bodied, with a soft carbonation. Rather lemony feeling, if that makes sense. Un-ripe or borderline ripe apples, grass and apple cores, some yeast and sulphur in the flavor. Long, tart finish. Sort of pleasant and tasteful, but it needs a hot summer day and some just finished physical activity. 201229

Notater fra Fridtjofens Hardangertokt aug-20: 0,75 flaske fra produsenten, delt på skuta. Lett uklar strågul uten karbonering. Etter mange smaksrike og elegante cidere disse dagene er denne en helt annen opplevelse med utvannet smak og svak aroma. eplesyre i ettersmaken.

Bottle shared with Holmen1 and JFE on board Fridtjofen. Cloudy pale straw colour. Aroma and taste of wild yeast, sour cider apples, sorrel and gastric acid. Slightly waterish.

Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sorrel, sour apples, citrus, apple cores, grass, yeast, unripe berries, apple peel, hay. Slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice, refreshing.
