Can. A hazy orange-colored beer with a nice white head. The aroma is of the fruity kind, both from the base saison, and from the added stuff. Passionfruit, some mango and quite a lot of apricot. Some peppery and grassy hints. It's medium bodied, quite dry, and with a pleasant carbonation. The flavor is a bit more peppery, with typical mango-ish spiced, woody hints and generic fruityness. Not really neither sweet nor bitter. Fruity finish. Too much on the fruit juice side this one, even though there's a good Saison base it still feels a bit uninteresting. 201101

Can from Coop Mega. Not sure about the alias rules here, but mango is added in addition from previous version. Hazy yellow golden body with a moderate sized, dense white head. Strong fruity aroma of exactly passion fruit, mango and apricot, not much else except from some yeast. There is some kind of malt flavor here, but the aroma gives me a strong placebo effect of drinking juice. Not bad at all, it’s a fine balance between sweetness and mild acidity in combination with yeast. Not typical Saison yeast, this reminds me a bit like when making home made fruit wine, there is some kind of rotten fruit (not in a bad way) scent. Not much bitterness either. Refreshing for the first sips when served ice cold, then I find it a bit to sweet, fruity and uninteresting honestly.
