Notater fra en vakker solskinnsdag i Ledaalparken (Malt&Humle). Fra flaske: helt klar lys strågylden med lett perlende munnfølelse. Friske, syrlig epler, litt lær og kanel etter hvert. Ukomplisert men meget forfriskende og med den uvurderlige mersmaken her i solsteiken.

YG 270720. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is sulphur, apple. Flavor is sulphur , apple, lemon, grass, alcohol.

750 ml clear and capped bottle, with swingtop for re-sealing. Batch #01, produced November 2019. ABV is 7%. From Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. Very pale yellow colour, pours sparkling with a large white head that actually lasts a while. Distinct aroma of apples and apple cores, hints of sulphites.Medium sweet flavour, distinct notes of Norwegian eating apples / dessert apples. A hint of sulphites. Easy drinking, nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl. A sparkling, clear, pale golden colored beer with a small white head. Apple, lemon juice hints, lime, grass, earthy hints and some vague hints of sulphur in the aroma. It's dry and nicely carbonated, with some alcohol. The flavor has apples, yellow mostly, with grass and some lime. Lime hints. Sure not my favoritter cider. Drinkable though. 200727

Nice fizzy-creamy shortlasting head. Aroma is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, apple peel, sorrel, apple cores, fresh apple juice, grass, hay, flowers. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, sorrel, apple cores, grass, apple peel, sour apples, hay, yeast, flowers, alcohol ,hints of citrus. Slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.
