Small bubbly shortlasting head, clear light reddish color. Aroma is sweet fruity, ripe strawberries, grass, fruit stones, alcohol, berry skin, minerals, red berries syrup, apple peel. Taste is sweet sour-ish fruity, ripe strawberries, sour apples, grass, minerals, fruit stones, alcohol, red berries syrup. Medium bitterness, slightly sweet sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough, a bit too dominant sweet strawberry touch...

750 ml clear screwcap bottle, vintage 2019, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 6.4%. Peach to pink colour, pours moderately sparkling with a small and shortlived off-white head. Sweetish aroma of ripe strawberries with cream, apples in the background. Medium sweet flavour with notes of strawberries and dessert apples. Feels slightly \"gay\", but I'm sure you don't mind, darling?

Notater fra Fridtjofens Hardangertokt aug-20: 0,7 flaske(2019-årgangen) fra produsenten, delt på skuta ved kai i Leirvik. Klar gyldenrød. Hlavsøt med svakt perlende munnfølelse. Kunstig jordbærsmak (i tillegg til eplene, naturligvis).

YG 180620. Red color with no head. Aroma is strawberries, apples. Flavor is strawberries, apple, sugar. Ordinary and a little bit weird.

Bottle. Almost clear in the glass, light red in color, and still. Strawberry and apples in a strange but quite pleasant blend in the aroma. Feels sort of sweetish. Earthy notes, candy hints and some rhubarb-like scents. It's medium to full-bodied, sweet and with a soft carbonation. Strawberry and apple flavor, some orchard hints, candy and an earthy hint in the flavor too. Lasting strawberry focused finished. A weird one, but quite pleasant. Perhaps best chilled and with ice. 200618
