Clear amber, white head and lacing. Aroma of recin, cigarbox, seathorn. Taste of dried apricot, oak, bitter marmalade, pine. Surprisingly dry and bitter for a triple, very drinkable. Be careful! With ch and mm

On tap at Cafe Sara. It pours a lightly foggy dark golden colored body under a small, dense off-white head. Lacing. The aroma is piney and fruity, with peach and generic tropical fruit. Some spice and yeast and a good dash of alcohol. It's warming and full-bodied, soft and nicely carbonated, with a mostly fruity flavor. Peach, tropical fruityness, pine cones, grass hints, alcohol and some peppery yeastyness. Lasting warming and fruity finish. Too alcoholic this one, but there's sure some nice things going on as well. 220430

Lys brun lett tåkete med hvitt skum. Lukter lys sirup, karamell og noe trevirke. Fyldig. Maltig, lett bitter smak. Sitrus, lett brent karamell og stenfrukt.

On tap at Lervig Local, Stavanger. I had to return the first tapped beer because it tasted stale and it looked darker than my co-drinker's. Obviously, the bartender lacks knowledge on how to tap beer - sad at such a place. Pours hazy deep golden with little off-white head. Distinct aroma of pepper, fruity esters (citrus) . Tastes pretty bitter with little sweetness. Thin bodied, alcoholic warmth.

(Smaksprøve) fra fat på Lervig Local: klar gylden med ok skum. Urter, lynghonning, løvetann og alkohol. Skarp og nokså bitter, atypisk for en belgisk tripel slik jeg har lært de å kjenne.
