Can. It's a lightly hazy yellow colored beer with a huge but collapsing white head. The aroma is really doughy at first, then white bread, some hay and yoghurt kicks in, along with lemon juice and a hint of dried oregano. It's rather effervescent on the palate, medium bodied and dry, with a good acidity. Bready, lightly doughy flavor too, with some herbal hints, lemony fruityness and a touch of hay and grass. Luckily not much yoghurt going on. A bit too doughy in the very end I think. A nice Berliner Weisse, but the carbonation level is a bit turn off and burpy. Still, quite refreshing. 220129

Can. Slightly unclear pale golden body under a small disappearing white head. Aroma is mild, sour fruit, hint of herbs, distinct mineralic and mild yoghurt. Taste has sweet, generic fruit juice, acidic lemon, minerals, a herbal touch (coriander seeds?), fresh grass and moderate bitterness. Medium to light bodied and same taste in aftertaste as the rest. Quite balanced for a Berliner. Nice and refreshing to taste a clean Berliner Weisse without any fruit juice added. Quite straight forward refreshing, the yoghurt from aroma is more than less absent in taste.
