On tap at the brewpub. It's an almost clear on, golden in color and topped by a finger-thick white head leaving some lacing. The aroma is fruity, with a Belgian-style peppery yeastyness and some pale malts. It's dry and quite bitter on the palate, medium-bodied and nicely carbonated, with a mostly fruity flavor. Some pale malts and a touch of peppery yeastyness, some grassy hints too. Lightly grassy in the finish. A bit straigth-forward, but quite nice anyway. 191004

From sampler tray at Brix Brygghus. Slightly hazy pale golden colour, white head. Aroma and flavour of \"spicy\" saison yeast, a little fruit. A fairly standard saison.

On tap at Brix Brygghus, Bryne. Pours cloudy golden with white head. Aroma of light bread, floral hops, peppery notes. Tastes slightly bitter with quite some sweetness. Medium bodied, bitter finish.

Brix Brygghus 041019. Golden color with a white head. Aroma is yeast, fruit. Flavor is yeast, fruit, alcohol, hop, spices. Bitter finish. Nice beer.

Vi (dvs Gunnar, Holmen2 og jeg) går planken på Brix Brygghus som oppvarming til kveldens RBHD-samling hos Bryne: nesten helt klar gylden med tett skum ned til siste dråpe. Kryderet aroma og smak med overbevisende karakter. Solid maltkropp bærer frem inntrykkene - krydderdisk, høy/stall og urter. Mild, tiltalende bitterhed.
