Bomber from Imbibe Wine. Nose is mango, grapefruit, and a hint of bubblegum. Lightly hazy yellow orange with a medium lightly lacing yellow tinged head. Flavor is light bitterness with a Belgian fruity flavor. Different from most other DIPAs.

Nice. A tad sweet, not overly hoppy. Smooth.

On tap at City Swiggers, New York, NY. A golden/orange coloured pour with a thin white head on top. Grapefruit, tropical fruit, pine aroma. Tastes similar, hoppy, grapefruit, tropical fruit, pine. Very nice DIPA, good job Coronado.

Pours autumn gold into a snifter. Bright white head with medium retention recedes leaving scant sheets. Dark caramel, resin, tropical fruit and citrus aromas. Thick with caramel and hot resin upfront turning to pith in the lasting finish.

22o bomber to the dome. Filtered orange-tan body. Nice off-white head, steady. Pleasant new school tropical tones in the aroma. This is an awesome IIPA. Clean malt backdrop, massive new school hops. Hints of guava but also some classic orange grapefruit citrus. I’ve been pretty impressed by most Coronado offerings, but I think this may be their best that I have tried. Modern, fresh, clean, bold. This is about as clean as it gets for 10%. Great IIPA.

Tap at World Craft Beer Tasting 2014. Orange color, cloudy. Nose of soft biscuits, wheat, spicy citrus. Very citrusy, bready, wheaty, a bit sweet but well balanced with good bitterness.

On tap at world craft beer tasting. An opaque copper color with a big dank earthy pine aroma. Medium bodied a bit syrupy. The taste is bitter acerbic pine up front then a sweet malty fruitiness sneaks up that is quite pleasant. Wonderful.

22 oz. bottle, pours a clear golden orange with a small white head. Nose brings out piney hops, some resin and a thin malt backbone. Flavour is fairly hot, with piney hops and alcohol. Finishes on a boozy finish, while still being nice to drink. Good stuff.

Bomber from Corti Bros. Pours hazy orange tinged gold with a white head. Aroma is very fruity, to include light stone and tropical fruits, with something that tingles a bit. Med body. Flavor matches aroma, but with something herby and/or earthy added. Pretty sure I can taste the Mosaic. This is very bitter, yet not really harsh. Not a raw NW monster, but a rip the mouth out in a refined and pleasant manner. Love the hops in this. Oh, and there’s an adequate caramel backbone. Not all that noticeable, but adequate.Finishes delicious.
