Mirror Pyramid : Spelt India Pale Ale. This IPA holds a blend of pale malts, wheat, and spelt to create a smooth and decidedly different overall grist. Layers of Mosaic and Amarillo hops accent this beer with notes of pine sap, pear and citrus. A unique grist to yield a unique hop forward beer.

Can at Patrick's. An unclear orange colored beer with a finger thick white head leaving lacing. Piney aroma with grapefruit, orange and a very light maltyness. It's medium to full bodied, nicely carbonated and mostly on the dry side, with a soft bitterness. Orange, grapefruit, pine cones and some resin in the flavor, along with a light malty hint. Lasting quite dry and bitter finish. A pleasant one indeed, quenching and tasteful. 230106

Can @ Patricks. Fine. unclear pale golden body under a big, lacing, dense white head. Aroma is fine, fruity and complex enough to make it a bit difficult to recognize any particular fruit. This is more a feeling of various citric fruit, mature fruit and a light hint of pine. Taste is a bit in the same direction, nice various fruits in a more complex combination with smooth, soft malt and balanced, distinct bitterness. Medium body and nice, fresh and smooth aftertaste with a god bitter ending. (exactly the same taste as the yelow label)

1/VII/22 - on tap @ DOK Brewing Fest (Gent), BB: n/a (2022-800) Thanks to all for sharing the beer!
Cloudy blond yellow beer, creamy white head, stable, adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: lovely! Very dank hops, good stuff, a bit grassy, some tropical fruits. MF: ok carbon, medium body, bit of a creamy texture. Taste: very fruity start, lots of fresh oranges and orange peel, pretty sweet and sugary, more fruit! Aftertaste: pretty bitter, hoppy, peaches, soft sweetness, herbal, a bit minty finish, a little malty, more bitterness.
