From bottle at MB2 29.03.26. Clear golden. White head is quickly diminishing to nothing with a fizz. Excelletn aroma and taste of brett, orange wine, green grapes and pale malt. Good!

Bottle @ home. Clear (until last part of the bottle) golden body under a fast fading white head. Aroma is funky with oak, leather, acidity and lemon. Taste is funky with the same elements as found in aroma, oak, acid, lemon, white grapes etc. Very similar to a classic Belgium geuze, refreshing and tasty with good balance. Well made, not too acidic as often wild beers outside Belgium tends to be. Very nice.

0,375 flaske fra Statens postordrekatalog, hjemme: klar gylden med kort bruseskum. Resultatet er et syrlig, fruktig og forfriskende øl. Aroma og smak minner veldig om en lokal kvalitetssider med fin, fruktig syrlighet (nyhøstede epler type Rubinstep, lime og søt citron) og hint av eik/vanilje. Sorgløst og elegant svever den over lekende lett ganen. Skål for Bønes-champagne!

YG 280724. Golden color with no head. Aroma is sourness, funk, yeast, oak. Flavor is sourness, funk, yeast, oak, lemon, lime, vanilla, barnyard. Nice beer.

Bottle, 375ml. A headless hazy golden colored beer, still. The aroma is quite grape-ish, with some gooseberry. Oak, vanilla hints, lemon and a hint of barnyard. Medium bodied and softly carbonated, dry, with a mostly fruity flavor. Green grape, gooseberry, bready pale malts and some vinous hints. Raisin, oak and a touch of apple. Medium length finish. A bit too gentle and a bit lacking on complexity. Long fruity, grapey finish. Nice, although a bit gentle. 240728

Aroma is tart notes of hay, fruity notes of plums, berries, bretty apples and some floral funk, as well as tannins and wine barrels. Full body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is tart fruity notes of plums, red berries, candy, funky notes and bretty apples, as well as floral notes, tannins and wooden barrels. On the sweet side, but over all quite nice and balanced.
