Bottle shared at home, courtesy of RJ. Light to medium funk, loads of acids, acetic being the definig one, simple and straightforward fruit flavour, completely flat

YG 280724. Golden color with some white bubbles. Aroma is apple, sourness. Flavor is apple, sourness, vinegar, lemon, alcohol, ripe apple. OK cider.

Bottle, shared by Cunningham. Vintage 2021. A hazy golden colored cider with some short lived white bubbles. Quite a lot of vinegar in the aroma, lots of ripe apple, and some apple cores, grass and a whiff of sulphites. Its' quite still, acidic and tart, medium bodied, with too much vinegar flavor for my liking. Ripe apple, some apple cores and grass, and a touch of hay and red berries. Lasting vinegar-ish finish. Too intense this one, still nice in a way. 240728

750 ml corked bottle, as Saizar Euskal Sagardoa Natural cider from Basque Country, Vintage 2021, purchased at Vinmonopolet Klepp. ABV is 6.5%. Golden colour, just the faintest hint of carbonation. Pleasant aroma of apples, a hint of sulphites. Medium dry flavour of apples, again a hint of sulphites.
