New England TIPA brewed with the Catalan brewery SOMA as part of Beer Geek Madness 2024. This hoppy nectar features Mosaic hops in concentrated Lupomax form, as well as a fresh release from Yakima Chief Hops - the intense hop extract YCH702. For cold hopping, New Zealand variety Nelson Sauvin, American Bru-1, and Mosaic Lupomax were used, resulting in a final hop rate of 35g/l of beer. The beer is filled with notes of pineapple, gooseberry, apricot, with a slight resinous undertone.

Smell of raw berries. Hazy golden colour, white head. Aroma of raw berries, fruit, booze, some oat. Some yeasty sourness. Funky saison-y characters. Sweet, lightly sour. Medium carbon. Interesting brew.

A: clear to hazy yellow, thin, white head.
A: orange rind, lychee, cheese, triple sec, moist white pepper.
T: sweet lychee & peach, bitter orange pith, bit dank.
F: floral hops, bit peppery, warming triple sec-like alcohol.
P: medium body, fluffy texture, soft carbonation.
Overall okay, just lacks that little extra for a beer of this ABV.

Hazy golden colour with a mediumsized white foamy head. Aroma is floral, some citrus, pineapple and mild grassy tones along with some nectar too. Flavour is fruity, citrusy, pineapples, mild nectar and some mild oaty and sweet malty tones.

Puszka 44cl (BB 10.12.2024). Pełna, treściwa z nutą słodyczy i tropików bez cienia alkoholu, całkiem pijalne jak na swoje parametry, jest moc choć niewyczuwalna.

Can shared at the craft beer junction bermondsey tasting. A hazed bright golden yellow coloured pour with a a halo of white head. Aroma is soft wheat, tangy citrus, bready, subdued waxy citrus. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, fizzy orange, tangerine, mixed citrus, Mellow dank, . Palate is oily, fine carbonation. Ok.

CBJ Bottleshare. Can thanks to me. Hazy gold beer, good bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy palate, mildly dry, decent fine carbonation. Ephemeral pale malts, a very light creamy sweetness. Hop spice from the get go. Soft pine and reasonable if slightly ripe orangey citrus. Light finish. Tidy if fairly forgettable.
