Time Travel is a fresh and juicy New England-style pale ale brewed with some of the techniques that we used back in the day when we first started brewing New England-style IPAs. Hopped with Mosaic on the hot side, and a combination of Mosaic, Citra, and Harlequin hops on the cold side. Cheers!

440ml can, #697, bought at Gulating Ølutsalg in Tromsdalen. Durable cream, white head leaving upper part lacing on the glass, unclear pale yellowish body. Promising smell of dusty hops with scents of citrus. Wheat fruity taste, citric moments, and juicy pale malts to the taste profile. Fruity ending with a welcome bitter hint. Fair enough. Can. It's a milky pale yellow beer with a minimalistic white head. Really piney aroma, with some grapefruit and tropical fruityness. Some oat-ish malts. It's medium bodied and dry on the palate, with a gentle carbonation. Decent bitterness. Piney hops in the flavor, with generic citrus fruityness and a gentle hoppyness. Lasting finish. A bit one dimensional but tasteful and refreshing. 240526

GYP 170524. Yellow color with a white head. Aroma is bread, caramel, pine, grapefruit. Flavor is bread, caramel, pine, grapefruit, lemon, spices, tropical fruit.

8-4-7-4-14 Can, #697, four weeks after canning. Pours cloudy pale yellow, with a big creamy head. Aroma is grassy hops with notes of gooseberries, litchi, passion fruits and citrusy lime, as well as herbal notes and oaty minerals. Medium body, with soft carbonation. Flavour is grassy hops with tropical notes of passion fruits, litchi, fruit pits and citrusy lime, as well as herbal notes and oaty minerals. Zesty, dry finish.

Nytappet 0,44 boks direkte fra bryggeriutsalget, hjemme i mitt Salikatt-glass: helt uklar skittengul med utmerket skum helt ned. Hverken utsende, aroma eller smak byr på noen overraskelser - her er det ren og skjær nytelse og drikkeglede som alltid fra NEIPA-kongen i Hillevåg! Det tropiske fruktpreget er tonet litt ned til fordel for noe lett krydderaktig. Harlequin-humlen er en ny bekjentskap for meg, er det den som bidrar til dette? Smaskegodt fra første til siste dråpe. Med det tempoet Bjarte&co holder håper jeg at NAV snart vil gi meg en tilleggspensjon, ellers må jeg knuse sparegrisen.
