Can. A well sparkling lightly hazy pale golden colored cider. Headless. The aroma is citric and lightly funky, with a gentle apple touch. It's semi-tart on the palate. Nicely carbonated, with an apple driven flavor. Some lemony, acidic notes too. Medium length finish. A rather dull one, one dimensional. 240525

330 ml bottle, from Gulating Ølutsalg, Stavanger. ABV is 4.7%. Made of concentrate of Norwegian apples, lactose and water have been added. Pale golden colour, pours slightly sparkling. Aroma of eating apples. Flavour of eating apples too, light bodied. Some fruity acidity, the lactose sweetness is moderate. \"Smakar ikkje så hakkande gale.\"

Clear golden body with a small white head. Aroma is pure apple. Taste is a bit on the sweet side and almost like juice, no sign of alcohol, yeast or anything else really. Nice apple flavour, otherwise rather boring.

Small bubbly-creamy shortlasting head, cloudy. Aroma is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sorrel, overripe sour apples, old hay, weeds, minerals, apple peel. Taste is slightly sweet sour-ish fruity, apple cores, sorrel, soda powder, sour apples, grass, hay, paper, pepper corn, weeds. Slightly watery and dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Boring and kind of artificial.

Mobpf for sjette gang (men nå åpner Cardinal igjen!). 0,33 flaske fra Gulating Stavanger, delt med skibsrederen. Klar lys gylden med kort bruseskum. Søte epler og hint av vanilje. Enkel og lettdrikkelig forfriskning, velegnet til varme sommerdager. Synd det bare er 7C ute akkurat nå.

Bottle shared with JMD on board Fridtjofen 11.05.20. Pale clear straw colour. Almost no head. Aroma of apples and vanilla. Taste of refreshing apples and green apples, still with a hint of vanilla. Good drinkability.
