We macerated a beer on a heavy load of Pinot Meunier grape skins from Bistrotage (Charles Dufour). After one month, we racked the beer from the skins and returned it to a barrel for an additional aging of 14 months, topping off the barrel with apple cider.

Orange, pinkish body, with a small, white head. Aroma of cider, sweet apples, red grapes, some citrus. Tastes similar. Medium mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes smooth, vinous, floral, with cider and grape skin. A comparatively normal Antidoot, who often does unique, bold stuff. That's no criticism though, well balanced and refreshing, with lovely fruit notes. Score: 8 / 4 / 8 / 4 / 15

Taster From bottle at home. Pink hazy color, small white head. smells peppery, light apples, herbal to light tannins. Bit weird smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes tannins, cider, tobacco, apples. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of grapes, tannins and tobacco. Nice one overall, good mix of cider and grapes
