Handpump at Luppolo 12. Roast dry nose. Darjest chestnut, tan cream. Chewy chocolate earthy foamy, sweet chocolate, cinnamon, lovely melange.

Black with a minimal tan head. Aroma of chocolate malt. Flavour is bitter chocolate malt, dry background. Coffee with a hint of blackcurrant jam on the finish.

Tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours black with very fine brown foam. Aroma is very moderate coffee and dark chocolate. Body is fairly smooth, though thin, with very moderate carbonation. Taste is very moderate in both sweetness and roasty bitterness. Final is average.

on tap scura buona schiuma abbastanza persistente buon maltato caramello caffe cioccolato fondente liquirizia attacco piuttosto dolce poi un po di amaro a bilanciare
