500ml bottle @ Belgian Beer Geeks Autumn Gathering 2025. Thanks Maarten for this. Misty gold pour. Good clarity of flavour.. desert apple suggestions.. no tannin, mild sulphur undercurrent.. pleasant Dutch cider.

Bottle shared at BBGG. Slight hazy light golden. Quite funky, earthy, chalk, dry apple peel, peach, plastic, quite mineral. Very light sweet, light sour and bitter. Over light bodied. A little watery and needs tannins but quite funky and interesting.

Pâle moyennement clair, léger fizzy blanc au col.
Arôme sur un bouquet frais avec un côté pomme acerbe assez marqué – touche verte fraiche.
Palais est sec marqué - pomme acerbe, poussiéreux, grinçant aux dents avec cette sensation tenace d’acidité fruitée.
