Hazy DIPA with Citra, Superdelic & Peacharine

Clean FusionTM is a technique pioneered by One Drop that introduces a dry-hop charge to centrifuged 'clean' beer, then sending through the centrifuge for a second time, retaining flavour and aroma, without compromising on the nuances of carefully selected hop varieties. More information about this process can be found on their website.

Panda at home, thanks to Kenneth, 03/09/24. Hazed orange with a lasting creamy white cap. Nose is ripe citric zest, grass, mandarin, papaya, grapefruit, orange zest. Taste comprises grapefruit, orange pith, melon, mango, light pine nip, soft malts, guava. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with juicy come resinous hop bitterness. Solid DIPA ... well balanced and juicy.

440ml can. Murky yellow, white head. Aroma of peaches, guava, mango, passionfruit. Taste of candied peaches, mango, guava, passionfruit, sweet but not overly so, there's a touch of citrusy bitterness. Full bodied, smooth. Superb DIPA.

21st August 2024 Can. Hazy gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, a good fine minerally crispness. This is a light on its toes dipa. Crisp pine into lots of super modern hop goodness. Rich stone fruits, with a brighter piney stone fruit overlay. Decent NZH 102 hops (also known as the supremely naff Superdelic). Slightly ripe tropical fruits, mild berry fruits. Crispy piney and complex hop fruity finish. Rather good, what?
