Our flagship beer has had a makeover to celebrate its 19th birthday! For this special batch we have added an array of dark malts to the brew to give this version it's unique look alongside the classic Jaipur flavours. It has been hugely fun to make and we hope everyone enjoys drinking it.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 1st January 2026. Dark brown with shallow, yellowy white foam and full lacing. Citrus notes, light fruits and roastiness in aroma. Spiced roasted malt in-mouth and a finish of spiced berry fruits and dark chocolate. Engaging texture and a fair amount of body.

44cl can from K-Citymarket (Helsinki Ruoholahti). Pours dark, dark mahogany with a modest, tanned head. Malty aroma with notes of licorice, herbs, citrus and hints of dark fruits. Roasty, hoppy flavours with medium flavour intensity and medium bitterness. Rater pleasant and enjoyable. Could easily have this one again.

Roasted toasted malty and hoppy aroma and taste, citrusy fruity undertones,
cola, medium body, roasted malty and bitter hoppy finish. Very nice.

almost black colour, large, dense and long lasting brown-ish beige head; aroma of soy sauce, cocoa powder, yeast extract, some piney and roasted nutty notes; taste is the same with orange juicy-grapefruity notes; great one!

Keg draught at the brewery tap just outside of Bakewell. Reddish brown with a thin translucent body and a creamy full beige/khaki head. Light aroma, some coffee and a little sweet spice, maybe some delicate pine. Maybe some cherry juice. The initial sweet taste turns quite bitter, although it remains a good balance. The body is fuller than it looks with soft to medium carbonation. Been wanting to have this for a while but we kept missing each other. It took me a while to warm to it but it is certainly a beer worth trying.

440ml. Dark ruby colour, brownish medium-sized head. Roasted, even a bit ashy aroma. Light-bodied. Roasted, ashy, bitter flavour. Dry, lacks fruityness. More Porter than CDA.

440ml can from KCM Tammisto, Vantaa.
Poured cola brown in color.
Solid. Nice roastedness, still pleasantly dry and hoppy, long finish with notes of dark cocoa and hop cones.

Cask at The Colmore, Birmingham. Dark ruby to light mahogony with decent beige top. Aroma of berries, dark malt, brioche, pine. Taste of dark malts, light coffee, dark chocolate, pine, a syrupy citrus. Medium bodied, drying. Good although I was hoping for more.

Aroma has licorice and ash. Flavour has licorice, ash and vichy. Thin and straightforward. Taken the reputation of Jaipur IPA, this is a bit of a disappointment.

Draught at Lauter, stable medium bubbly beige head, black colour, quite roasty, bitter chocolate, some ash, empathic medium grapefruit peel bitterness. Highly enjoyable.
