Panda thanks to Cloin. Near clear brown beer, good bubbly tan head. Airy palate, a very mild dryness, decent fine carbonation. Thinnish malts but a decent creamy sweetness with a light biscuity chocolate vibe. Touch of smooth cappuccino on the back end. Nicely delivered straight up stout.

Can at home, from HOTM online, 28/05/24. Lighter shade of black with a big old lasting khaki head formed of frothy bubbles. Nose is roast malts, cocoa powder, charr, raisins, dates, lightly burnt toffee. Taste comprises dark malts, roast, raisins, brown sugar dusting, caramel, charr, dried fruits, figs. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a good roasted coating at the curtain call. Solid flavoursome stout.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from BS online. Pours black-brown with a thick, creamy khaki head. Light-medium sweet flavour, soft roast, creamy chocolate, some earthy hops, raisins. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Balanced finish, bittersweet cocoa, more earth, nip of ash, sturdy roast. Highly drinkable.
