Bottle from Appellation Wines. Clear golden body with a thick fluffy white head. Steady carbonation. Good lacing. Aroma of salted orange peel, furniture polish and hay. Flavour of peach, flower stems, lime and Lockets with a tinny, bitter finish. Medium body with an oily mouthfeel. Soft fizz. I don’t think the hop combination works but it’s a solid DIPA in great condition.

Bottle from Beer Revolution, Hay on Wye, Powys, consumed at Bearded Theory Festival Sunday 28th May 2017 a return to warmed weather, sunshine and white cloud. Good solid DIPA, runs to dryness quite swiftly, fruity but not an in year face beer like some of its ilk. It’s a great beer that quietly goes about it’s thang with no trumpettingA7 A4 T8 P4 Ov15 3.8

On keg at Cloisters. And lovely to meet Owen and Sue. Appearance - golden with a nice fluffy head. Nose - tangy orange and resin. Taste - marmalade and resin. Some tangy key lime pie. Palate - medium bodied with a tangy texture and a fairly dry tangy finish. Overall - great. Would up the bitterness just a notch , Owen and Sue.

Bottle shared with Niilstrong @ hotelroom. Hazy dark orange color, medium sized off-white head that diminishes quickly but leaves fair lacing. Aroma is malts, a bit glue and weird sorachi ace hoppiness. Taste malts, hops, resinous a bit but again typical weirdness from the sorachi hops. Quite sweet as well. Ok but quite weird.

500ml bottle. Pours cloudy orange, good white head. Aroma is exotic fruits, white bread, citrus, papaya. Taste is pithy exotic fruits, bitter hops, some end of the carton juice dregs, not very subtle, could do with a bit more balance, but it’s not bad at all and a nice introduction to this brewery.
