Keg half-pint in the Boot on Sunday 28th January 2024. Bertie and I decided to take a walk into town as it was dry and not too cold. Clear and clean golden pour, short lived white head. Easy going piney and citrussy hop feel to this, a slightly dry and bitter finish.

Bottle, thanks to minutemat. Pours hazed pallet yellow gold with a white foam. Aroma & taste: citrus, light sharp stone fruits. Bit muddled. Medium body with foamy carbonation.

Pint @ Stonehouse Brewery with Eric, Sylvie and Sophie. Got some limier shades this time around, nicely flavoursome, great Simcoe expressions. March 17th 22: 500ml bottle from Stonehouse Brewery. Pours clear gold with a rocky white head. Pleasantly fruity hop aroma, good Simcoe hop notes coming through to taste, subtle pineapple, citrus oil. Flavoursome session IPA overall.
