We teamed up with our good friends at Unbarred to create this nod to one of the classic West Coast IPAs. One of the beers that formed part of our collective journeys of discovery. Head Brewers Jordan and Andy used to love brewing this style of assertively bitter and hoppy beer at home before their hobbies got out of control and Unbarred and Elusive were born!

Keg at the Waterloo Tap, 21/07/23. Another odd pricing option for this venue @£5 per half !!! Nose is grass, grapefruit, pine needle, ripe melon, bitter orange. Taste comprises orange peel, light caramel malts, grass, pine needle, grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close spiked with juicy come grassy hop bitterness. Decent clean drinking IPA with a WC vibe.

On tap at The Rusty Bucket, Eltham. Reddish orange pour with a white head. Spiced sweet citrusy nose, touch of apricot, peach. Very similar approach in the taste. Nice layer of bitter hops on the palate. Spot of sweet fruit in the background.

Keg @ Tilt, Birmingham with Rich, John and Craig. Clear golden amber appearance, foamy bubbly white head. Moderately hoppy grapefruit character with a somewhat strange sweetness that's hard to pin down, some toffee coming into view. Ok.
