Bottle. Finally found some beers from Wilderness, only Welsh wild ale brewery as far as I know, after two weeks holiday in Wales. Very thankful! Color: Hazy orange, white head. Aroma: A bit tart, subtle fruity lemon sorbet and pear, vinuous, Brett notes. Taste: Moderate sweet and light tartness, leathery Brett funk, some fruity ripe pear and light hints of lime, notes of wood and white wine, hints of vanilla. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Light going to moderate hoppy bitterness at the long Bretty finish. Medium body, low carbonation. Very nice.
