Tap at the Nottingham Craft beer festival 2023. Hazy golden beer with a white head. Aroma and taste are crisp citrus and Belgiany yeast. Medium body.

Can at home in Hackney - picked up from All Good Beer. Pours clear yellow with a big, frothy pure white head. Medium sweet glzz as your, Belgian yeast, crispy wheat, a little hay, biscuits, lemon peel. Light bodied with massaging carbonation. Nicely balanced finish, more wheaty biscuits, mild Le One notes, more Belgian yeast expression. Mighty drinkable.

Tap down SMOD. Looks glorious. Hazed vibrant pale yellow gold with a thick even whipped egg white foam. Easy 5. Nose has yeasty bread. Lemon rind. Bit of floral herb, coriander like. Semi sweet with a yeasty dryness. Modicum of mineral bitterness. Super clean and crisp. Dry and light bitter finish. Solid gear.
