Mr Land and Labour, Tom Delaney, has been making some of Europe best and most exciting beers for a few years now but when he was over for Rustic and Wild festival we decided we should brew something close to our hearts. Stout. Big, bold non adjuncted Imperial Stout. This one is a malt fest with 8 different malts in grain bill. Expect chocolate covered caramel and rich espresso notes in this delightfully rich reminder that all Imperial Stout doesn't need any extra additions to stand out.

Initially grassy but luckily there's plenty of dark malt and dark chocolate too.

Canned 440ml. -from Ambasada Zagreb. Pitch black coloured, medium sized brown head, roasty nose with whiff of soy sauce. Roasted malt, chocolate, soy sauce, light coffee and touch of wood with noticable alcohol. Quite bitter roasty finish. Not so balanced but not bad at all.

Draft @ Garage BCN.
