Aus der Flasche im 2025-06 getrunken. Dieses fast klar goldene Ale kommt mit seine weißen Schaumkrone mit einer deutlichen saueren Note daher. Fruchtaromen von Trauben und Citrusfrüchten ist zu entdecken. Alles sehr balanciert mit der typischen hohen Qualität, die man von Alvinne kennt. Tolles Ale für den Sommer!

Clear light yellow beer, creamy white head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: vinegar notes, sourish, fruity touch, more vinegar, some solvent, pretty chemical impression. MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: very lemony, lactobacillus, fruity, green apples, more lemon, tangerines, some orange peel, pleasant acidity. Aftertaste: fruity, lots of lemon, nice, fruity, some passion fruits, a bit watery in the finish.
