Bottle, 2023. Color: Lightly hazy, lightly purplish golden, white head. Aroma: Tart, fruity plum, subtle funky. Taste: Over medium puckering tartness, a lot of fruity and bit floral plum and lime, some grape, plum skin, tannins, notes of rural funk and oak wood. A little sweetness and bitterness. Long lasting refreshing finish. Medium body, below average carbonation. Nice one, nice complexity, but a bit too tart for me personally.

Golden red with a tall white head that fizzles off quickly. Sweet plum with plenty of acidic tartness to it. Some citrus and lemon brightness. Finish is long and acidic. Lovely.

On tap at Moeder Lambic - Fontainas, pours a hazy amber red with a small white head. Aroma is full of rich, juicy plums, and a touch of funk. Flavour is light and airy, with a floral plum character upfront, backed with gentle funk and a touch of acidity. Floral, light and airy on the palate. Excellent.

On tap at Moeder Lambic Fontainas. Pours murky red with a white head. Greaty musty skins on the nose. Flavour has dry red fruits, gentle must, dry finish. Fantastic.

20/IX/24 - on tap @ Borefts Day 1, Brouwerij De Molen (Bodegraven), BB: n/a (2024-959) Thanks to the Brewver crew for sharing today’s beers!
Little cloudy peachy orange beer, creamy white head, stable, non adhesive. Aroma: nice, lots of fruit, peach flavoured candy, plums, very sweet impression, plum jam, lambic notes, nice! MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very floral, fruity, spicy, a bit weird, funky, lambic, sourish, plums, very fruity still. Aftertaste: lots and lots of plums, very fruity, pleasant!

Draft at Borefts. Hazy dark orange. Cloves, funky plums, dry plum skins, soft wheat and oak. Solid medium sour, less sweet and medium bitter. Over medium bodied. Nice.

Fruchtig säuerlicher Beginn, Pflaume. Milde Herbe, geringfügig karbonisiert, spritzig. Die Säure steigt an, würzig, langer frischer Abgang. Gut. 12/11/12/12//12
